Kenya

Opo's Story

Alile's Story

Alile is a typical 16 year old girl.  She enjoys dancing, hiking and plays in her school’s football team. She is a model student, works hard and dreams of one day becoming a neuro-surgeon. But Alile’s future hasn’t always been bright. Partner Story: Meninos de Moçambique

As part of our commitment to regularly assess our partners’ work and evaluate the impact of Egmont funded projects on improving the lives of AIDS-affected children, Egmont staff and trustees undertake annual face-to-face visits with each of our partners. Partner Story: Vukoxa Visit

On a recent trip to Tanzania, we visited Kimara Peers - an Egmont Partner for six years – located in the sprawling suburbs of Dar es Salaam.
